I made this last night and I have to tell you it was awesome. I was wondering though, in the Pinterest lead off, Spaghetti Squash Shrimp Alfredo. I've changed up the alfredo sauce with philly light cream cheese herb & garlic, how much cream cheese did you use and when did you add it to the sauce?

Hi Alice, thanks so much! If you're using cream cheese (instead of heavy cream and parmesan?), you'll probably need at least 4 ounces, maybe more. I'd suggest adding and tasting as you go.
I make the sauce separately and combine everything at the end. Hope that helps, thanks again!
